Live a Clean Life and stay healthy for the holidays

It's getting cold outside! While some parts of the country are dropping in temperature faster than others, you can definitely feel the change in the air. To many people, this time of year is just a waiting game of when the cold and flu will come knocking. Fortunately for me, Las Vegas doesn't see much snow or unbearable temperatures and can be pretty nice outside, or at least tolerable. During these times I like to mix things up and be active outside, whether is a jog through the neighborhood, hiking or just strolling with the dogs, it’s always refreshing to get out of the gym.
For all my fellow health and fitness freaks, if you're in colder regions (and hardcore) and bear the cold, snow and rain, or are still in shorts and t-shirts, congrats to you for getting out there and moving no matter what the forecast entails.
